Welcome to Nikolaev!

Nikolaev is a beautiful romantic city with its own unforgettable charm! The city is located in the southern part of Ukraine about 500km south-east from Kiev, 150km far from Odessa and 80km from the Black Sea on the estuary of two picturesque rivers Sothern Bug and Ingul. It is one of the the ten largest cities in Ukraine. Its population consists of 600,000 inhabitants.

There are few quite romantic restaurants and cafes near the river and in the centre. If you prefer the nightlife, visit "Storm" , one of the most popular nightclubs with bowling and disco. If you prefer sports, try swimming pool complex with modern conveniences for your pleasure and comfort.  Nikolaev boasts a 100 year-old zoo with parks and alleys--an ideal plaec for Sunday with kids.    If you prefer the arts, you will find two theatres in Nikolaev. There you can experience Russian drama and Ukrainian musical comedy and can get aquaintance with ukrainian history and culture.
